Mister Luc Poulin , M. Sc…, Ph.D …, CISSP, ISSMP, CSSLP, CISM et CISA 
Assumes the role of President of the Application security institute known as Cogentas Inc. and of senior information and applications’ security advisor.
Mister Poulin has more than 30 years of experience in designing technological systems and engineering applications. For more than 10 year, Mister Poulin has specialized in managing, implementing and evaluating computer systems’ global security specifically the production cycles and development of applications.
In addition to having been Chief of Security of the Centre de recherche informatique de Montréal (CRIM) and Security chief advisor, Mister Poulin is currently in charge of the canadian work group “ WG D - Security Controls and Services ” of the Standards Council of Canada et cowriter of the becoming “ISO-27034 : Application security” standard related to the introduction of security into applications’ life cycle for the SC27 of the ISO Comittee.
Mister Poulin is currently completing a Ph.D at the « École de technologie supérieure de Montréal » (ETS) on the subject. He possesses a bachelor degree in business computing, a master degree in computer security and a master level diploma in software engineering from the Université Laval in addition to some (or many) professional recognized certifications.
